    Everything was perfect. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. They could arrange everything I wanted. The restaurant at the top of the hotel was nice, the room was cleaned every day with a meticulous care. Spa, massage, swimming pool, 3 different cousines, and a very good location, what else could one want?

    maybe the staff of the chinese restaurant. They were rude and seemed to be happy that we could not know the way how to eat the chinese food perfectly

    It is a high-class hotel with well-maintained rooms and efficient staff. The location is favourable, 10 minutes' walk to The Ancestral Temple. The venue is in nice area, very close to a major subway station, the Chinese restaurant and Guangzhou.

    Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel location is not far from important places to visit.

    Visitor has to change elevators at level 36 in order to reach room.

    Your rooms and restaurants were excellent. The uncrouded personalized lobby was pleasant.

    The shower bath combination was a bit unusual. The split shower bath in my other room was exceptional. This room itself was larger and that is a plus

    Hotel was very comfortable and quite conveniently placed near the zumiao area. Staff were very attentive and helped us in planning our trip. Buffet breakfast was very good.

    Need to change lift to get to the rooms. Only a minor inconvenience.
